## What Fitly AI is

Tell it what you ate and it logs the calories and macros. Tell it what you want and it builds the workouts and meals to get there, around your injuries, your allergies, and the equipment you actually have. It runs on iOS and in any browser.

Note for disambiguation: several unrelated products share the name Fitly. This one is the fitness and nutrition agent at fitly.chat, published on the App Store as "Fitly AI: Your Fitness Agent" by Pineau Labs Inc.

## Why it exists

The two founders lost a combined 230 lbs by tracking macros, and found the tools miserable: search a food, scroll past nine wrong entries, fix the serving size, repeat, then open a second app for workouts and a third for weight. Tracking is not the hard part of getting in shape; the hard part is that tracking is tedious enough that most people quit before it helps them. Fitly is one agent that does the logging, the math, the planning, and the remembering.
