Fitly AI is a chat-first fitness and nutrition agent. Tell it what you ate and it logs the calories and macros. Tell it what you want and it builds the workouts and meals to get there, around your injuries, your allergies, and the equipment you actually have. It is made by Pineau Labs Inc., a two-person company in Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island.
We built it because we lost 230 lbs between us tracking macros, and the tools we used to do it were miserable.
Brad lost 80 lbs. Zoe lost 150 and went on to compete in bodybuilding. Both of us did it the same way: by weighing food, logging it, and paying attention to the numbers. It worked. It was also a part-time job. Search a food, scroll past nine wrong entries, pick one, fix the serving size, repeat. Then open a second app for workouts, a third for weight, and a spreadsheet to make sense of any of it.
The tracking is not the hard part of getting in shape. The hard part is that tracking is so tedious most people quit before it can help them. Every app we tried treated logging as data entry and left the thinking to you.
So we built the thing we wanted: one agent you talk to. It does the logging, the math, the planning, and the remembering, and because it is a single brain rather than five apps, every part of it knows about the others. Your workout knows about your injury. Your meal plan knows about your allergy. Your macros know what you already ate today.
